The death of Nisman
Considering that this case has reappeared in the mainstream media, some people who don't understand the Spanish language might be trying to locate additional details about this case. (Furthermore, I'm sure that many of those people don't trust the mainstream media.) Today, 2018-01-02, I have decided to present some details that surround the death of Natalio Alberto Nisman (1963-12-05). This message is for the people who already know the basics of this case.
Nisman's weak denunciation
On 2015-01-14, Nisman officially accused Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (1953-02-19) and Héctor Timerman (1953-12-16) of a cover-up. On 2015-02-26, federal judge Rafecas expressed himself, in a 63-page resolution, about the denunciation of Nisman. Ramón Allan Bogado is a relevant part in the denunciation, but he doesn't have much credibility. Rafecas said that, on 2015-01-20, the Secretary of Intelligence, Oscar Parrilli, said that Ramón Bogado never worked in that agency. Additionally, Bogado had not left the country since 2002-11-13. Rafecas decided to disesteem the denunciation, because there was "inexistence of delict." He said that the "commission of the truth" never projected juridical effect, and he also said that the former Secretary General of Interpol, Ronald Noble, e-mailed the former Minister of Foreign Relations, Timerman, to say that Timerman indicated that Interpol should maintain the Red Notices against the five Iranians, and that Timerman's position, about the Notices, has been consistent and firm. On 2015-03-04, prosecutor Pollicita appealed the resolution by Rafecas. On 2015-03-26, the resolution was confirmed. (On 2017-12-15, in a recent article on The New York Times, Ronald Noble is quoted as having said that there's no evidence to support that there was an agreement to remove the Red Notices.)
Nisman's death
Alberto Massino, who used to work for the Secretariat of Intelligence, declared that, during December of 2014, Nisman said that he had a source that told him that he was going to be removed from his position. Soledad Castro, Nisman's former secretary, said that Nisman thought that, beginning on January 12 of 2015, his chances of being removed were going to increase. On 2015-01-16, Nisman and his former wife Arroyo Salgado (1969-07-01) shared an unpleasant conversation via WhatsApp. She said that her priorities are in a different place, and she accused Nisman of wanting to be the focus of newspapers, magazines, and TV, to which Nisman replied that he will explain. After that, she replied that she doesn't need an explanation.
Diego Lagomarsino (1976-03-22) and Rubén Benítez (1963-08-19) declared that, on 2015-01-17, Nisman said that he wanted a gun to protect his daughters. During that Saturday, Lagomarsino gave Nisman a gun that was in a green cloth. The next day, late at night, Nisman was found dead. He was found in the restroom, and the green cloth and the gun were also found there. Lagomarsino worked for Nisman throughout many years, and Benítez was one of Nisman's guards throughout many years. (By the way, Nisman was living at an apartment complex that had over 100 security cameras.)
It was already known that Nisman had registered a total of two guns. During June of 2009, he transferred one of his two guns. On 2010-09-21, the person who received that gun died. On 2015-04-03, Nisman's mother found the other gun, in her home, that belonged to Nisman; however, prosecutor Fein said that the gun didn't have bullets. When Arroyo Salgado found out, she quickly said: "this changes everything." She proceeded to basically say that a person who owns a gun wouldn't ask for a different gun. Obviously, she's being illogical. If I own a car, that doesn't necessarily mean that I would never rent a car.
According to the cybercrime division of the Metropolitan Police, on 2015-01-18, at 7:01:49 AM, one of Nisman's devices accessed a particular website. That website said that Nisman's IP address accessed that website on 2015-01-18 at 7:01:51 AM. This seems to indicate that Nisman was alive during that Sunday. I would like to also add that the autopsy started on 2015-01-19 at 8:00 AM, and it concluded that it had been less than 24 hours since Nisman's death. Nevertheless, Arroyo Salgado has said that Nisman died Saturday night.
There was a medical committee of 15 specialists: 10 people who work for the Forensic Medical Body of the Supreme Court of Justice, two people who work for Arroyo Salgado, two people who work for the Federal Police, and one person who works for Lagomarsino. On 2015-05-20, after the medical committee analyzed many radiographs, four videos, over 1,000 photographs, the autopsic and toxicological results, and other relevant data, 13 of the 15 specialists basically said that nothing indicates that Nisman's death was a homicidal event. The other two specialists, who were the ones working for Arroyo Salgado, presented a separate report.
There was a criminological committee of six specialists: four people who work for the Federal Police, one person who works for Arroyo Salgado, and one person who works for Lagomarsino. The report was presented on 2015-06-10. Five of the six specialists basically said that the most probable hypothesis is that, at the time of the shot, Nisman was standing, and that there's no element that indicates that somebody was sharing the restroom with him. The other specialist, who was the one working for Arroyo Salgado, presented a separate report.
Nisman's possible money laundering
On 2015-02-05, prosecutor Fein insinuated that, on one of the last days of January of that year, Nisman's mother Sara Garfunkel emptied a safe deposit box that she and Nisman had at a particular Argentine bank. On 2013-11-04, Garfunkel acquired land, in Uruguay, that is worth over 280,000 USD. (Nisman had multiple bank accounts in Uruguay.) In the apartment where Nisman was living, there was a safe that had a copy of a 200,000-USD check that was apparently issued by Claudio Picón. According to Picón, Nisman used to drive an Audi Q3 without the proper documents. (During 2015, the company that owned the vehicle has repeatedly tried to regain possession of it.) Nisman, his mother Garfunkel, his sister Sandra, and his employee Lagomarsino shared a bank account in the United States. On 2012-10-23, Damián Stefanini sent 150,000 USD to that bank account. On 2014-10-17, Stefanini went missing. It's been more than three years, and he still hasn't been found. That bank account has received over 600,000 USD. During August of 2015, judge Canicoba Corral has said that the money laundering is clear. On 2015-09-02, Garfunkel and Sandra recused judge Canicoba Corral. They said that he has shown a lack of impartiality. On 2015-11-03, the judge was removed from the investigation. Later, during that same month, three lawyers representing Nisman's daughters officially requested the cash that was found in the apartment. They said that Nisman's daughters are universal inheritors.
Legislative elections
The legislative primaries were held on 2017-08-13. Most of the focus was in the province of Buenos Aires, partially because it is the most populous province of the Argentine Republic. Additionally, the coalition Unidad Ciudadana had Cristina Fernández de Kirchner competing in that province. She was competing in the category of national senators, and, when not even a quarter of the results was divulged, one of her opponents was already talking shit. Sergio Massa (1972-04-28) said: "we want to also felicitate the national government and Cambiemos for their triumph in the province of Buenos Aires." Cristina accused the government of putting up a show for prime time. About three hours later, the results were no longer being divulged. Cambiemos was leading by only 6,915 votes. Out of the eight electoral sections, the one with the greatest amount of remaining votes was the third section. It is one of the sections with the most voters, and Cambiemos was losing it by more than 10%. On 2017-08-29, it was finally known that Unidad Ciudadana won the province of Buenos Aires by more than 20,000 votes.
On 2017-09-22, one month before the general elections of October 22, Gendarmerie presented a highly questionable report about Nisman's death. Gendarmerie said that Nisman was killed, that he wasn't standing at the time of the shot, that he had ketamine in his body, that he died before 3:00 AM on Sunday, and that two people were physically involved in the homicide. Many people used that controversial report to attack Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

When illegal immigrant Cristhian Rivera (1994-06-11) was charged with first-degree murder, the mainstream media spoke against his employer. They prioritized statements that were made by one of Cristhian's attorneys, and they interviewed umpteen people who spoke in favor of illegal immigrants. Many public comments against illegal immigrants were characterized as hateful. When agents of the U.S. Border Patrol destroy supplies that are left for illegal immigrants, the mainstream media fustigate those agents. The mainstream media promote a specific agenda. A bomb might kill dozens of Middle Easterners, and you're not likely to hear much about it; however, imagine if there's a shooting involving just a handful of people. The mainstream media might speak about "gun violence" throughout a whole week, and they won't speak much about mental illness or evil.
When they decide to speak about evil, it's probably because they see a chance to promote something that fits their agenda. In the case of Michelle Carter (1996-08-11), they saw the opportunity to suppress freedom of speech. They said that prosecutor Katie Rayburn has stated that the defendant's words are not protected. They portrayed the defendant as a fiendish person, and they disregarded numerous things that pointed to the contrary.
Conrad Roy III (1995-09-12) was an 18-year-old adult when he killed himself on 2014-07-13, but prosecutor Katie Rayburn blamed a 17-year-old minor who sent text messages, from dozens of miles away, encouraging him to kill himself. It happened in liberal Massachusetts, but that state doesn't even have a statute regarding advising, encouraging, or assisting suicide. Katie has stated that Conrad Roy III didn't want to die, even though there's plenty of evidence, such as text messages of his, the suicide notes he wrote, and the fact that he had already attempted suicide before, that clearly suggests otherwise. However, one of the most interesting facts is that Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III is a third cousin of Conrad Roy III. That's a relevant blood relationship that Katie has tried to minimize. Katie said that Thomas and Conrad never met each other. Dr. Peter Breggin said that Michelle Carter took the antidepressant Prozac from 2011-02-11 through 2014-03-15. After that, she was switched to the antidepressant Celexa. Dr. Peter Breggin also said that she was diagnosed with an eating disorder.
On 2014-03-19, the Supreme Court of Minnesota made three germane points:
1. "We conclude that the State may prosecute Melchert-Dinkel (1962-07-20) for assisting another in committing suicide, but not for encouraging or advising another to commit suicide."
2. "Speech in support of suicide, however distasteful, is an expression of a viewpoint on a matter of public concern, and, given current U.S. Supreme Court First Amendment jurisprudence, is therefore entitled to special protection as the 'highest rung of the hierarchy of First Amendment values.'"
3. "We sever and excise the portions of Minn.Stat. § 609.215 that pertain to advising or encouraging, but leave intact the 'assist[ing]' portions of the statute."
In Massachusetts, however, there are people who choose to debilitate the rule of law. Michelle Carter was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. It's a decision that helps to engender resentment, because she's actually innocent.

Later on, however, I realized that there are some careless people who would go to the ends of the Earth to end up with a different iris color. If those people truly have an avidity for such a foolish and contraindicated procedure, then maybe it's safe to assume that they have some degree of injudiciousness, impudicity, and morigeration. Even though those people may be gregarious, I don't think that most of them will ever be willing to gallivant around a nation. Obviously, they probably want to influence people to ogle them; however, I don't see that as a monumental objective. Although it's unlikely to be the ultimate objective, it can easily be seen as some kind of primary step. Nevertheless, it is still not likely to result in a significant and admirable interaction between two people. Considering that they certainly have an air of immaturity, they are probably going to need much more than just a uveal procedure. By the way, I don't know why I have divagated towards dullards. I just wish that I could knock some sense into certain people.
If a professional were to conduct a cosmetic procedure, exemplary standards of probity should be expected. In actuality, though, a patient is likely to encounter some smarmy professional who is fond of subreption. A professional who may be quite disposed to provide a multiplicity of oblique, deceitful statements. Deep down, many professionals might actually be exulting over the possible imbecility of the patients. They know that many of the patients aren't likely to ruminate about a cosmetic procedure that they passionately desire. They know that many of the patients will exhibit credulity.
