Bees in Florida

On 2013-09-14, I woke up with bees inside my bedroom. I saw that they were coming from a hole that was in my bedroom; therefore, I covered that hole with tape. Later that day, when I went outside, I took these two pictures:

On 2021-02-10, I decided to remove the bees that were stuck in the tape for more than seven years. There were only five bees in that tape inside my bedroom, and they looked hollow. I took these two pictures on 2021-02-10:
