56 birds in southern Florida

I'm a casual birdwatcher who enjoys exercising. I might misidentify a bird or two, but I won't lose any sleep over it. Birdwatching is a decent recreation, as long as non-human animals don't start popping up artificially dyed. Ellyn Bogdanoff (1959-10-17) is responsible for putting amendment 303390 in Florida House Bill 1197 of 2012. Her amendment repealed the ban on "artificial dying or coloring of certain animals or fowl," because it was approved by the governor.
